By accessing and using the carehandstore.world website and services provided by Carehandstore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Carehandstore provides custom furniture manufacturing, furniture restoration, and furniture assembly and repair services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of project proposals. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All quotations are valid for thirty days from the date of issue. Custom furniture orders require a deposit of 50% of the total project cost. Final payment is due upon project completion before delivery. Prices quoted do not include delivery or installation unless explicitly stated.
All custom designs, drawings, and concepts created by Carehandstore remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, clients receive rights to use the furniture but not to reproduce the designs for commercial purposes.
We warrant that all furniture manufactured by Carehandstore is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from delivery date. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications made by third parties.
Carehandstore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
